I am really enjoying my sessions at Fitness Together. The friendly, homey, team atmosphere makes exercise fun! After only a few weeks, I feel stronger and have more energy. My friends and family are starting to notice that I look more fit too.

In
January of 2002, I started working out with a personal trainer,
changed my eating habits, and lost 50 lbs. After 2 years of trying
to keep the weight off and maintain a workout routine of my own,
I ended up gaining 30 lbs back. I reluctantly came to the conclusion
that I just didn’t have the motivation to do it myself. Without
any accountability, I would just hit the snooze button and go back
to bed. That’s when I found Fitness Together. They put together
a workout plan and helped keep me accountable. Because of them I
lost 4” off my waist and 4% body fat in just about 8 weeks.
My range of motion and my strength has increased, my clothes fit
better, and I feel better about myself again. I can’t thank
Fitness Together enough. I would definitely recommend them to anyone
looking to get back in shape again, or for the first time.

I

At
Fitness Together I have learned how to exercise and eat right. In
8 weeks I lost 20 pounds of body fat, over 3 inches in my waist

I
found that those nasty rumors are true; as I get older staying in
shape isn’t as easy. Just a lot of cardio was not doing it
for me anymore. I am a very busy person who needs an efficient workout
program that is easy to stick with. Fitness Together has helped
me attain and retain positive results by creating just that type
of program for me. I schedule regular appointments with my fitness
coach, who puts me through a challenging workout, in my own private
weight room, and IT'S FUN!!! I'm committed when I have those appointments
and the best part is I look forward to them.

I
enjoy martial arts and am a strict vegan. But I was not satisfied
with my appearance. I came to Fitness Together to learn more about
weight training and to be challenged harder than I could ever push
myself. I also learned more about my protein needs and how to meet
them through the nutrition counseling. I asked to be on this testimonial
page so others would know that Fitness Together is not just for
weight loss clients – it is great for people like me too!

In
only 2 weeks (8 sessions) Kelly has lost 6 pounds of body fat. What
is her secret? Kelly is one of our hardest working clients.
She weight trains with Coach Mike Colwell 4 mornings per week.
Kelly makes the extra effort to arrive 30 minutes prior to her
session to get some extra cardio time in and then does her cardio
again at night at least 3 nights per week. She was so determined
to get her cardio in that one night she did the treadmill in the
dark with a flashlight so as not to wake up the hubby. Now that
is dedication!
