After hitting the big "40" a few years back, I realized how important it is to spend regular, consistent time on fitness and flexibility. The individual attention, commitment and accountability provided to each client are what attracted me to the Fitness Together model. FT really makes personal training "Personal", and I enjoy helping others change their habits and improve their lifestyle. I'll help educate you on good eating habits & exercise principals that get results. I work with our trainers to make every session safe, fun & challenging.
